What to Wear to Your Engagement Session

There are a few general rules I like to give my clients when they ask for help with outfit inspiration. These are some of them;

Avoid wearing the same colors. This can tend to look a little 90’s family portraits…not in a good way.
Avoid clashing patterns. If one of you wants to wear a pattern, the other should wear all solids.
Gentlemen…please don’t wear shorts - ever. If it’s absolutely sweltering….FINE. But if you can avoid it - please dooooo.
Always bring backup outfits! Sometimes you get to your session and you change your mind.
Wear clothes that are YOU. If it’s an outfit you feel comfortable in and you could see yourself wearing - perfecto. But if not - PASS.
